It has been another big month at PowerSports Club – we have seen some new faces, some new great athletes/lifters and in the gym some awesome numbers being put up – Matt smashed out 200kg squats for 6, Brendo squatted 190 which is a 10+ on his PB, and Kris hit a pretty easy 230kg deadlift which is a great effort when you are only eating 800-1000 cals a day! + a heap of other great lifting and things going on within the gym! - Great lifts guys!

NSW CAPO State Championships:
On the 25th of April the NSW Capo State Championships were held at Super Shape gym in Albury – PowerSports had 2 lifters from the gym Blake Hanson, Matt Middleton and also Luke Reynolds repping the gym from syd.

Johns - 210kg Prowler Challenge
Everyone knows that the Prowler is the most insane piece of conditioning equipment in the world. It brings grown men to their knees, dry heaving at the thought of another set. This challenge is a modified version of Jim Wendler’s favourite Prowler workouts. Safe to say it kicked my ass. The Astroturf in the gym presents a unique challenge.
