What a busy few months it has been! We have been flat out so we are sorry for the delay in the newsletter. 

PowerSports has been coming along very nicely with a number of new members who are all great lifters.

We would like to welcome Gavin Stone who is owner of Stone personal training (Winner of Fitness Professional of the Year, 2007 in the A.C.T) I can't speak more highly of Gavin and his motivation for getting the most out of all his clients, he is a world of knowledge so if you ever get a chance to have a chat to him then please do so. Also this weekend Blake and Matt will be competing in the NSW State CAPO Powerlifting Championships - make sure you wish them the best of luck if you see them and we will have a full report when  we get back with plenty of pics!
