Johns - 210kg Prowler Challenge

Everyone knows that the Prowler is the most insane piece of conditioning equipment in the world. It brings grown men to their knees, dry heaving at the thought of another set. This challenge is a modified version of Jim Wendler’s favourite Prowler workouts. Safe to say it kicked my ass. The Astroturf in the gym presents a unique challenge. It’s not held down tight on the floor so it bunches up under the feet of the Prowler and adds another level of resistance. Up and back is 1 lap. Do 2 laps, add 2 plates and repeat. Rest is whatever you need between sets. As the weight adds up the rest may come mid lap. That’s ok too. Enjoy.


2 laps @ 40kg

2 laps @ 80kg

2 laps @ 120kg

2 laps @ 160kg

2 laps @ 210kg (Added 25kg Bumpers)
