Training Wed night:
Back into it last night - still not feeling 100% which is frustrating but I can't do anything about it.
Bench 1 board press: (still getting used to the new shirt)
1 x 5 - 60kg
1 x 5 - 60kg
1 x 5 - 80kg
1 x 4 - 100kg
1 x 2 - 120kg
1 x 2 - 120kg
1 x 1 - 140kg (shirt on)
1 x 1 - 160kg (easy)
1 x 1 - 180kg (****ed set up/not feeling it - MISS)
1 x 1 - 180kg (hit the rack on the way up - ****ed me - MISS)
- At this point I said **** it! started doing close grip with 100kg - then Matt came in and said do it again.
1 x 1 - 140kg (shirt on)
1 x 1 - 180kg (easy as **** - could of gone a good 20kg's heavier with ease - perfect set up)
