Squatted again last night. Loved it. Arrived at the gym with a bit of a headache and so wasnt thinking anything great would happen but i was mistaken.

140kg x 2 x 2 - Added Metal Pro Squatter straps down after
160kg x 2
180kg x 2
195kg x 1 x 2 - Both just touched but came up smooth
205kg x 1 x 2 - Felt easier then last weeks 200
220kg x 1 x 2 - Probably the most mentally pumped I've been for a lift since Battle of the Gyms. Both came up smooth.
45 Degree Back Extension

3 x 6 - Orange Band
Extreme lower back pump after this session. Am planning to organise a proper warm up routine and sorting out my diet etc. Will be a pain in the ass but worth it. Video will be up soon.
