Protein Cookies
- 0.25 to 1 scoop protein powder [I find a combo protein works best]
- few drops peanut oil (could use almond oil, coconut oil, olive oil, or anything else for that matter)
- dash water
- other optionals depending on macro desires:
chopped peanuts or almonds
peanut butter
choc drops
dried fruit
Rolled oats/ oat bran
Chai seeds
Linseeds
Jam
Directions:
In a little cup - mix protein powder, oil, [+/- extra's if you want], and water to make a thick paste.
Dollop onto some baking paper into shape a cookie
Add more extra's if you want (eg: thumb print in the middle and spoon in peanut butter + marmalade.... sprinkle on choc drops etc)
Nuke in microwave for ~ 20 seconds
Eat!
For 1 cookie, if you use:
1-2 drops oil
.25-.33 scoops whey
water
You are looking at about 40 cals / 8-9g protein/ 1g fat
