Prowler Pull
The prowler pull - probably one of the easier movements on this torture device. It reverses angles on the conventional push movements and hones in on the lateral area of the quad. The prowlers are NOT cardio, they are too anaerobic, you won't be running behind them for more than a few meters thats why they are ideal for powersports, they build strength, speed and conditioning through muscle growth.
